The NeuroPET™ scanner has an open bore diameter of 30.5cm, designed for PET scans of human heads. Because the proprietary PDS technology achieves high imaging sensitivity with very low doses of radioactive tracers, subjects can be scanned over a series of successive visits for research or to track the progress of treatment.
